Shipping and Handling Policy

We ship worldwide. Merchandise will be sent within 24-48 hours of payment and will take 5-10 business days for standard delivery anywhere within the United States. Standard International shipping will take 10-20 business days. Please note that ALVY LUXE is not responsible for any potential delay after item has been sent as it is provided by the carrier and may vary with package origin and destination. The selection of shipping options are available to you upon checkout.

Return Policy

Regular Priced Items bought on ALVY LUXE.com will gladly be returned for a refund within 30 days of the purchase date. All merchandise must be received back in its original form. It must not be worn, altered or damaged. Refunds will be issued in the same form of original payment type, excluding shipping and handling costs. All tags must be attached when returned. All SALE items are a FINAL Sale and cannot be exchanged or returned. To make an exchange or return please email us and get approved by us and send it back with your returned merchandise. If there is a difference in price on the items exchanged we will either charge the difference to the account you provide.

Q: I've seen an item but I cannot seem to find it online?

A: Thank you for your interest in ALVY LUXE! Unfortunately if you see an item on our social media but you do not see it available on our website the item is no longer available. We understand how frustrating this can be so we are always looking to restock our most requested pieces or replace them with a similar style.

A: We ship worldwide! Standard shipping is $24.99 and takes 10-20 business days

Q: What are your shipping options within the United States?

A: Standard- 5-10 business days-$5
Expedited: 3-6 business days-$15

Express Shipping 1-2 business days-$50.00 ** please note your order has to be placed before 8am PST for the order to go out the same day. If the order is made after it will ship the following business day

Q: How do I track my order?

A: Once your order ships an email will be sent to you containing tracking information. If no tracking number has been sent your order has not been shipped just yet. Please allow 24-48 business hours for your shipment details to update with USPS.

Q: How do I know if my order has been placed?

A: After your purchase with us a confirmation email with the details of your order are sent to you. Please ensure your checkout process is complete. You will see a page that says "Thank you for your order, here is your order number." Your email may have filtered into your spam folder. If you need us to resend it please contact us and we'll be happy to assist you.

Q: What if my order has not been delivered?

A: If after contacting USPS you still need assistance feel free to contact us and we'll be happy to assist you.

Q: I've just placed my order, Can I change it?

A: We prepare your order for shipment very shortly after your order is placed. This quick turnaround time makes it very difficult to change or cancel your order but please contact us and we will try our best.

Q: How do I return my items?

A: Please be sure to read our store policy before sending items back to make sure they are eligible to be returned (SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL. ) email us to get approval and send it back to the address on the bottom of the contact page. We do suggest you send the items back with a tracking number as we are not held liable for packages that are lost in transit on its way back to us.

Q: Have you received my return items and how long does it take to show in my account?

A: Please allow up to 10 business days for us to receive your return. An email will be sent to you once the return is processed. If you have not received an email within 10 days of us receiving the package please contact our customer service team and we will be happy to assist you. Please note the refund processes with us for roughly 3 business days. The rest of the processing time is up to your bank. Please contact your financial institution for more details.

A: We do apologize all major credit cards are accepted however we do not accept any gift cards.
